Indicator Card
Effect:
The spectator picks a card and puts it back in the deck. Then you find their card within the deck in a flash.
Method:
This is a card sleight that will allow you to find a spectator's card quick and easily without any effort what so ever. Before you go up to the spectator memorize the bottom card of the deck. Then go up to a spectator and ask them to pick any card and remember it. After they have done that, you position your non-primary hand over the deck and riffle the cards slowly and ask the spectator to say "stop" at any time they like. When they say stop, you hold the position and ask them to place the card back in the position they stopped you at. Then you take the bottom half of the split deck and place that on top of the other half. This will trap their card on the one you memorized. Now all you have to do is go through the deck and look for the card you remembered and their card will be the one to the right of that.
If they happen to pick the bottom card when you ask them to pick a card, that doesn't make a difference because you've remembered that card, so all you have to do is jus say picture your card in your head. Then pretend your trying to think of their card and then just say it. They will be very surprised.
